I started out in this industry at the age of 17 after discovering my passion for extensions and the confidence it gives. When I’m not spending time with my kids, going to concerts with friends or binging on the latest Netflix series, I get to make a living doing the things I love most - connecting with you and helping you step into the best version of yourself through your hair.

With more than a decade in the hairdressing industry, Darlene picked up on some common challenges among her clients.
